So, as far as seeing the world as a happy place, it’s been a pretty crappy week all around. Of course, there’s Haiti, where the scope of the need is hard to comprehend. And there was the debacle in Massachusetts, which may well be the shot heard round the world with regard to healthcare reform. Then there was the sorry, sorry tale of John and Elizabeth Edwards. And finally there’s the ruling allowing unlimited corporate money in politics from John Roberts’ Supreme Court, where they oppose ‘judicial activism’ unless it’s their own.
But maybe corporate money in politics isn’t a totally bad thing. Maybe, we’ll be flooded by ads by responsible corporations, like this one promoting healthcare reform.
Yeah, and maybe there’s a pony under all this poo.

It has been a challenging week. I like the commercial, but would not rush out to get some Balls in my hands
)
We may not have Balls, but some of us have still got a sense of humor! I’ve been grieving all week–well, and trying to redesign my Blogger blog, which is just piling insult onto injury–and you made me laugh! Thanks. I needed that.
Humor is good for the soul. Thanks for the laugh. I think that the Supreme Court has betrayed everything it is supposed to uphold.
Just like thugs in an alley….. we, the American people, have been mugged.
Thanks for the laugh…. thru my tears.
